The parties then enter into an agreement defining the terms of cooperation. Following the agreement, the clinic receives access to a professional questionnaire where it can provide detailed information about its services, treatment areas, and professional profile. Based on this information, the clinic becomes part of the FORA matchmaking system.

2. Application by the clinic (pull approach)
Clinics may also express their interest in joining FORA directly. In this case, an initial professional validation is conducted, followed by alignment on cooperation terms and the signing of an agreement. After the agreement is finalised, the clinic receives access to the professional questionnaire required for inclusion in the matchmaking system.

In both cases, the objective is to ensure that clinic information is structured and comparable, enabling accurate and meaningful matching outcomes.
